The art show was a call for pieces showing the splendor of summer. I decided instead on a whimsical approach to summer by instead showing the rainy season we have been having in the Northeast in 2023. The setting is a southerly view of Cabot St in Beverly MA. One town over from Salem MA. 

This is traditional media using watercolor, gouache, pastel, conte, pencil and ink stick on watercolor paper.
